Pancakes..

 

   The girls wanted pancakes this morning and we had no mix so here I am trying to find a DIY mix recipe online.
  Well we did good ,found one at allrecipes.com that was really good , recipe for 8 regular size pancakes.  The pancakes were fluffy and buttery but We did change things a bit though for the girls.
   I added a 1tsp of chia seeds and 1 tsp of flax seeds. We made baby pancakes because they girls like them small and Alyssa added chocolate chips to some of them when they were cooking. I will definitely be saving this recipe in my book.

Baby Shower cake...

    Last week I had another order for the pregnant belly baby shower cake and some cup cakes. It's getting easier to make them now but still have been looking for the perfect way to make the tiny foot. I saw the picture somewhere on pinterest but it had no instructions on it so I have been coming up with my own solutions. Ready for some more baking.

      I also made the baby crib out of fruit.  Sadly I do not have pictures for that one... forgot to take any with my two little girls stuck to me the whole time I was trying to help out at the party . We had a good time though.

     It's going to be a baby boy.....

Alyssa helping me bake a cake and roll out the fondant. .. she loves baking and cooking and anything else she can try to help with...    She looked so cute with all the sugar on her face.   My little helper.:-)

Topgolf...

    We went to check out  Topgolf a few weeks ago.. Its a new place that opened up here in Houston and it was great.  You get to play golf  from your booth where they have a full set of men's and women's clubs for your use.  The customer service was good as was the food and drinks ( they have a full bar ) but you have to try the wings they were awesome.  There are different types of games you can challenge yourself and friends with and many different targets for different points  to hit.    I kept trying and didn't do terribly bad for my first time.   We also loved it because it was also kid friendly ( they even have some clubs for them) and Alyssa and Manuel had the best time playing.  Madelynn kept trying to get into everything but it was still a very fun lunch date.  Topgolf.com
